Training philosophy

The details drive the difference.

The goal is not simply to work harder. It is to understand how you move, identify what matters most, and train with a plan that connects directly to your performance.

01

Assess before you add

Start with movement, history, goals, and the demands of the sport or activity.

02

Coach the individual

Use a plan that meets the athlete where they are and progresses with purpose.

03

Measure what matters

Track the work, reassess the baseline, and keep the next step clear.

Coaching team

Expertise that meets you where you are.

Athletix coaching is grounded in over 30 years of physical therapy and sports performance experience, led by TPI Certified Instructor Aaron Nicholson.
